摘要
目的探讨眼底荧光血管造影和自动视野检查对诊断前部缺血性视神经病变(AION)的作用。方法对我科2004年10月至2006年2月34例(37眼)诊断为前部缺血性视神经病变的眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)及自动视野图象进行分析。结果造影早期视盘全部或部分荧光充盈延缓或缺损,晚期视盘荧光形态有多种表现形式。视野缺损的部位和范围与FFA视盘的缺血部分具有高度的对应关系。结论FFA和视野对AION的诊断有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the action of fundus fluorescein angiography （FFA） and visual field of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy. Metheds 34 cases （37 eyes） of AION ,analyze the topography of FFA and visual field. Results FFA of earlier period, all or a part of optic disc had postponed or absent fluoreacein filling. At the late stage, fluorescence of optic disc were diversiform. The part and scope of visual field defects hod highly correlation with the ischemic region of FFA. Conclusion FFA and visual field has important accessorial function to diagnose AION.
