摘要
增江支流众多,流域雨量充沛,河砂资源丰富。近年来,增江沿河两岸以及珠江三角洲地区经济的发展,对河砂的需求量增大,河道无序采砂严重,部分河段因超量采砂,河床严重下切,致使河势不稳定,水工建筑物、果林、农田、环境受到影响。为避免过度采砂对河道产生的负面影响,同时又尽可能适度满足沿江地区经济发展对河砂的需求,分析增江河砂分布,在满足水利工程保护、防汛、取水、通航、渔业、生态环境要求的前提下,论证河道可采砂量、规划开采区、确定开采方案,以期所论证河段在河砂资源开发中做到多目标协调。
With society and economic development in the region nowadays, the amount of the sand demand become more and more large. The sand gravel extractions force the riverbed to deform, resulting in the loss of equilibrium between the fiver flow and the riverbed. A study is carried out on the distribution of the sand in the zengjiang rive . In order to be Multi - Objective Coordinated in exploitation process , the paper analyzes the sand amount in exploitation dlstrict,regulates the exploitation district and programs exploitation plan.
