摘要
在分析水银行制度的内涵、由来的基础上,探讨在我国建立区域性水银行制度的可行性以及运作模式。
Water bank system is the effective approach to promote the water resource of marketable collocation. On the base of analysis the meaning and the origin of water bank system, the establishment of the feasibility of the regional water bank system and the operational mode of water bank system in our country were discussed.
