摘要
企业文化是一种先进的管理文化,有效开展企业文化建设,可以提高企业的核心竞争力,促进企业的健康发展。但是许多企业在建设企业文化过程中,由于没有认识到企业文化的本质,没有认识到企业文化建设与制度建设的关系而导致企业文化建设的失败。通过对企业文化建设中存在的问题的研究,认为目前企业制度建设是企业文化建设成败的关健,并对如何进行制度建设及整合进行了讨论。
Enterprise civilization is a management civilization, develops availably construction of enterprise civilization,can raise care competing vigour of enterprise,can promote healthy development in enterprise. But in process of constructing enterprise civilization in many enterprise,due to does not know the essence of enterprise civilization,does not recognize the relation between civilization construction and institution construction in enterprise, yet results in failure of civilization construction in enterprise. Through studying existent problem of civilization construction in enterprise,think it to be key at present that the construction of enterprise institution is success or failure of construction of enterprise civilization an discusses how to carry on constructing and conformity of institution.
