摘要
目的建立电位滴定法测定复方氯丙那林鱼腥草素钠片中鱼腥草素钠的含量。方法采用碘量法进行滴定,以电位变化判断滴定终点。结果平均回收率为99.2%(RSD为0.6%);重现性RSD为0.5%(n=6)。结论该方法准确、客观,适用于复方氯丙那林鱼腥草素钠片中鱼腥草素钠含量的测量。
Objective To establish electric potential titration method for the determination of sodium houttuyfonate in compound clorprenaline hydrochloride tablet. Methods A Titration iodometry method was used while the titration end point was indicated by the change of electric potential. Results The average recovery was 99.2 % （RSD was 0.6 % ; The repeatability was 0.2 % （ n = 6）, Conclusion The method was accurate and objective, it is suitable for the determination of sodium houttuyfonate in compound clorprenaline hydrochloride tablet,
