摘要
以杜仲叶提取液中绿原酸含量为考察对象,对杜仲叶提取液进行了壳聚糖絮凝除杂及活性炭脱色研究。实验表明:在壳聚糖含量为0.04%、60℃下絮凝30 min,静置1 h可较好地去除杂质。向100 mL杜仲叶提取液中加入1 g活性炭,在pH值为3、60℃下脱色30 min,脱色效果较好。
The effeciency of flocculation and decolorization of the extract of Eucommia ulmoides leaves is investigated using the content of chlorogenic acid as index. The optimized flocculation conditions are as follows: content of chitson is 0.04%,the extract is flocculated at 60℃ for 30 minutes and deposited for 1 h. The optimized declorization conditions are as follows:1 g active carbon is added into 100 mL the extract,which is decolorized at 60℃ for 30 minutes.
