摘要
土地征收补偿是土地征收制度的一个重要组成部分,现今无论从立法角度还是从现实层面,均对该项制度的完善提出了迫切要求,本文从比较法的角度出发,对我国现行土地征收补偿制度的缺陷进行了分析,而后提出了相关的立法建议。
Land requisition compensation is the main past of the land requisition system.Now from of the angle of legislation and actuality,development the system is necessary.This text from the angle of comparition,analyse the system ＇blemish of the land requisition compensation, give the suggestion on the legislation.
