摘要
本文基于自由空间法,采用多入射角透射测量替代传统的位移或相位的直接测量,根据测得的透射率,用梯度迭代法反演出所测材料的电磁参数。此方法测量准确、计算简单,并且具有宽频带的优点。
In this paper multi - angle transmission measurement is employed in substitution for the traditional approach of the direct measurement of the displacement or phase in free space method. According to the transmissivity obtained in the measurement, the electromagnetic parameters of the material under test are obtained by inversion with the gradient iteration method. This method is accurate and easy to calculate, meanwhile the bandwidth is wide.
