摘要
从人力资本理论的角度对新型农民进行了定义,认为社会主义新农村建设的关键在于提高农民的人力资本,这有赖于农村教育体系,特别是农村职业教育体系的构建。职业技能培训机构和农村劳动力是农村职业教育体系中最核心的两个主体,职业教育体系的构建应紧密围绕这两个主体。
This paper defines new - type farmers from the perspective of human capital and holds that the key to constructing socialist new countryside is enhancing farmers＇ human capital, which relies on the development of the education system, especially that of vocational education system. Vocational training institutes and farming labor force are the two fundamental agents in rural vocational education system, around whom the vocational education system should revolve.
