摘要
目的:探讨慢性肾功能衰竭替代治疗方式选择的伦理,使肾科医生在对慢性肾功能衰竭患者选择治疗方式上提供符合现代医学伦理的模式。方法:通过对典型病例的分析,讨论慢性肾功能衰竭替代治疗方式选择的医学理论及相关伦理。结论:国家应当针对肾替代治疗制定更完善的医疗保障制度和操作法规,医生应当根据医学理论,结合患者条件,坚持将患者利益放在首位,帮助患者选择肾替代治疗方案,使患者得到最佳治疗。
Objective To provide a modem ethic model for physicians in treating chronic renal failure patients. Method： By combining medical theory with ethics, we discussed the renal replacement therapy choices for chronic renal failure patients basing on the studies about typical chronic renal failure cases. Conclusion： We believe that it is necessary to set up a comprehensive medical insurance system and operational rules. To benefit patients first and most, physicians should choose the most reasonable Renal replacement therapy for patients basing on the medical theory and patients＇health conditions.
