摘要
本文对两年多以来QFII在内地证券市场的投资实践做了较详尽的实证分析。通过对QFII投资内地证券市场的金融产品结构、投资特征等方面的分析,总结出QFII在中国内地证券市场独特的投资风格,有助于正确认识QFII制度对中国证券市场产生的影响。
This article empirically analyzes the QFII （Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor） investment practice in China＇s domestic securities market in the past two years. Having investigating the QFIIs＇practice on several aspects, such as, the financial product structure , the investment characteristics in the domestic securities market, this article also summarizes the QFIIs＇unique investment style and their profit condition. Which, Obviously, is helpful to correctly understand the influence of QFII system on the Chinese securities market.
