摘要
核心竞争力是图书馆生存和持续发展的重要保证。在对图书馆核心竞争力界定的基础上,提出了培育图书馆核心竞争力的对策。
The core competitive power is the important assurance for the existence and sustainable development of the library. Based on defining the core competitive power of the library, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for fostering the core competitive power of the library.
