摘要
针对西气东输管道工程在采用定向钻穿越工程中所产生的问题,对钻具合理配置与失效预防技术进行了研究,提出了切实可行的泥浆配方,研制了涡旋式泥浆快速水化装置及循环回收净化装置。同时,研究并开发了定向钻井测量参数图形界面图像软件。该应用软件可进一步提高穿越精度,为定向钻井施工方案的编制提供了技术支持。
The technique of reasonably furnishing drilling tools and preventing invalidation of drilling tools used for crossing projects in West-East Gas Pipeline Project was researched. The feasible composition of drilling fluid formulation was proposed. The whirlpool-type hydration and recycling devices for drilling fluid were developed. The software for converting drilling data into image was presented. This software can afford technical support for improving the precision of horezontal drilling crossing and compiling the construction schemes of directional drilling.
