管道工程应力分析与三维设计集成化研究与应用

摘要 介绍了应力分析软件和三维设计软件的集成模式,分析了平面图图形文件结构、三维设计数据库结构和图形文件中标注元素所包含的内容,详细说明了字符串元素二进制结构,叙述了从三维设计数据库提取图形实体元素属性及从图形文件中提取图形实体元素坐标的方法。将工程设计中两个必不可少且相互独立的计算分析软件,即应力分析软件和三维设计软件,进行了集成化研究,使其在统一的三维设计模型上完成长输管道设计中应力分析与三维设计工作,从而减少了重复建模。 The integrated mode of stress analysis and 3D designation software was presented. The contents of drawing construction, construction of 3D database and the scale element in drawings were analyzed. In addition, the character string in binary system was specifically explained. The extraction of drawing substantial element from the 3D designation and the extraction of graphic substantial element coordinate from graphic files were described. The stress analysis software and the 3D designation software were integrally considered as two essential and independent computing software to progressively complete stress analysis and 3D design of long-distance pipeline in an unify 3D design model. The integrated mode will avoid the repeated modeling.
