摘要
采用纳米SiO2微粒作为3#通用锂基脂的添加剂,利用实验室自制的球-棒疲劳试验机,研究了纳米二氧化硅对陶瓷球接触疲劳寿命的影响;利用光学电子显微镜,分析了纳米微粒的抗接触疲劳机制。结果表明:在试验所选定的载荷、转速条件下添加了纳米微粒的润滑脂与基础脂相比,陶瓷球的疲劳寿命得到了明显的改善,当含量增加到3%(质量分数)时,效果最佳。利用微粒吸附作用和微粒衬垫作用可以较好地解释纳米微粒提高陶瓷球接触疲劳寿命的原因。
Effects of nano silicon dioxide on contact fatigue life of ceramic ball were evaluated on a self-made ball-red contact fatigue tester. The anti-fatigue mechanisms of nano particals additive were analyzed by means of microscope. It was shown that, when the two-phase liquid lubrication contained nano particles, contact fatigue life was improved compared with that of base grease. Nanoparticle adsorption action, nanoparticle liner action, explained well why nano particals increased the contact fatigue life of ceramic ball.
