摘要
介绍了凝胶注模成型技术的起源、基本原理、分类、工艺流程、工艺特点以及陶瓷浆料的稳定机制。采用该技术可净尺寸生产形状复杂的大尺寸陶瓷零件,生产成本低,可靠性高,且所成型的陶瓷坯体成分和密度均匀,干燥和烧结过程中不会变形,缺陷少,坯体强度高,可进行机加工。凝胶注模成型工艺的重点和难点是浆料的可控固化,坯体与空气接触后的表面剥落以及干燥、排胶和烧结过程中升温速度的控制。
This report introduces the gel-casting technique to note the stable mechanism of the ceramics slurry, craft of the origins, basic principle, classification, flow and characteristic of the technique. Adoption that technique can produce the near-net and complex ceramics parts, also the cost is low , and the dependability is high. Gelcasting green bodies are even with composition and density, not distortion in drying and sintering, little bug, high strength and machinable. The emphases and difficulties of the gelcasting technique are control solidify, the surface of green body peeling after getting in touch with air, and controlling the rising temperature speed of drying, removing gum and sintering.
