Crystal Structural Analysis of the D8 8 Type Intermetallic Compound Ti 5Si 3 and Construction of Its Fracture Surface

摘要 Ti5Si3属于复杂六方结构的金属间化合物,具有高熔点、高比强度的特点,具备在高温(1600℃)下使用的潜力.分析其结构特点,给出了正、倒基矢、致密度、间隙形式及大小等基本结构参数.分析结构中的操作元素,找到了最小平移结构单元,并提出一个在复杂结构中构造断裂面的方法. In this paper, details of crystal structure are dealt with the D8 8 type intermetallic compound Ti 5Si 3. Base vector, reciprocal base vector, stacking density and forms of interstitial are studied and the stacking sequences are analysed. The fracture surface, following the idea of cleavage fracture in Ti 5Si 3, is constructed numerically as the basis for atomic stimulation.
