摘要 阐述了Ozawa图法和Kissinger图法在测定铁基非晶态合金晶化过程激活能方面的应用.在满足不同加热速率下的晶化温度所对应的晶化程度相同的前提下,用Ozawa图法和Kissinger图法测出的非晶态Fe79,B16。Si5合金预晶化相a-Fe析出阶段的激活能分别为382~407kJ/mol(Ozawa国法)和374~399kJ/mol(Kissinger图法),测定结果十分接近,说明上述2种方法测定铁基非晶合金晶化过程激活能方面结果是一致的.在利用Ozawa图法和Kissinger图法测定铁基非晶合金的晶化激活能时,不同加热速率下的晶化温度的测定,应以X射线衍射谱最强峰强度相等作为标准. The adaptability of the ozawa Plot method and the Kissinger Plot method to determine the activation energies for crystallization process of Fe-based amorphous alloys has been described. The activation energies for crystallization process of Fe79 B16 Si6 alloy, determined by the Ozawa Plot method and the Kissinger Plot method are 382 ̄407 kJ/mol and 374 ̄399 kJ/mol, respectively. It indicates the accordance of these two methods for determining the activation energies for the crystallization process of Fe-based amorphous alloys.When using Ozawa Plot method and the Kissinger Plot method, the crystalline temperaturescorresponding to different heating rates should be determined under the condition of the equivelence of the highiest peaks in X-ray diffraction patterns.
