摘要
目的探讨门诊输液中心护患纠纷的常见原因和防范措施。方法对门诊输液中心近3年出现的护患纠纷的原因进行分析,找出可能发生的原因,并提出具体的防范措施。结果发生护理纠纷的主要原因是:护理人员服务意识、工作责任心不强和业务知识缺乏,患者的自我保护意识增强等4个方面。结论建立良好的护患关系,增强服务意识和法律意识,实施个性化护理和提高知识和技能,对防范护理纠纷的发生具有重要的意义。
Objective To find out the common reasons of medical conflict in clinical transfusion center and preventive measures. Methods Common reasons of conflicts during the last three years were analyzed and specific and effective preventions were put forward. Results The main reasons for medical conflicts were nurses' inadequate service, lack of job responsibility and technical knowledge. Conclusion By improving the relationship between nurses and patients, consciousness of service, legal awareness, individualized nursing mode and the professional skill, medical conflict in clinical infusion can be well controlled.
