摘要
本文修正了陶瓷材料的疲劳寿命预测模型,使它包含了受载体积因素的影响,并在试验研究的基础上根据修正后的寿命预测模型作出了三种增韧氧化铝陶瓷的σ-p-t图,利用σ-p-t图可改进陶瓷的成分设计和工艺。
The life time prediction model for caramic aterials has been modified, a modification which involved the effects of loaded volume. By Expenmntally, the stress—probability-time, (σ p t) diagram of three kinds of Al_2O_3-ZrO_2 ceramies reflect the modified model. The chemical compositions and. manafacture technology of ceramic materials can be improved by the use of σ—P—t diagrams.
