摘要
目的探讨髓母细胞瘤的综合治疗及预后影响因素。方法40例经手术切除及病理确诊的不同年龄患者,单纯手术治疗组12例,手术+全脑全脊髓放疗组18例,手术+全脑全脊髓放疗+化学治疗组10例。结果术后全脑全脊髓放疗组生存率显著高于单纯手术组,联合化疗组较对照组未体现出优越性,术后1个月内行放疗者生存率高于对照组,年龄是影响预后的因素。结论确诊为髓母细胞瘤者应在手术切除术后两周左右常规行全脑全脊髓放疗。
[ Objective] To discuss the integrate therapy and the influential factors for pragno sis of Medulloblastoma. [Method] 40 patients in different age with Medullblastoma demonstrated by pathology, 25 patients were treated by the whole brain and spinal cord radiotherapy, among them, chemotherapy had been done in 10 patients. Other 3 patients, only treated by the whole brain radiotherapy within one month after operation. [Result] Patients who were treated by the whole brain and spinal cord radiotherapy after operation had a higher survive ratio than those only treated by operation. But chemotherapy was not good. The patients whose radiotherapy had been started within one month after operation had a higher survive ratio than those beyong one month. Age was not the influential factor of pragnosis. [Conclusion] Patient with Medullblastoma should generally have a whole brain and spinal cord radiotherapy in about 2 weeks after operation.
