阿托伐他汀对2型糖尿病患者血脂、血液流变学的影响 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨阿托伐他汀对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血脂、血液流变学的影响。方法37例2型糖尿病患者,口服降糖药物,稳定血糖4周后给予阿托他汀20 m g,晚餐后服用,连续应用3个月。结果治疗后血总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、甘油三酯(TG)显著降低(P<0.05);高密度脂蛋白(HDL)升高显著(P<0.05);全血黏度低切、血浆黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原、血沉、红细胞聚集指数均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀有降低血脂,改善2型糖尿病患者血液流变指标的作用,不良反应少。
