摘要
循环流化床锅炉燃烧过程很复杂,是一个多变量耦合的系统,难以建立精确的数学模型。主蒸汽压力控制是燃烧系统中一个重要子系统,常规PID控制效果不好。针对以上特点,在DCS中采用仿人智能控制策略,对原主蒸汽压力控制方案进行了改进。
The combustion in circulated fluidized bed (CFB) boiler is a complex and multi - variables coupling process. It is too difficult to build an exact mathemathic model to describe the process. Main steam pressure system is an important subsystem of burning system, and it is difficult for the norm PID algorithm to control it. Apery intelligence algorithm is used to improve the norm PID control scheme in DCS.
