摘要
在室内建立小型管流结蜡环道实验装置,模拟输油管道运行中某一管段的蜡沉积情况,进而探讨结蜡机理和影响管壁结蜡的因素.通过室内模拟实验研究了含蜡原油的蜡沉积速率,考察了蜡的沉积规律对温度的敏感性及其程度,确定了实验条件下的结蜡量,并利用差热扫描量热仪从微观角度对蜡沉积物的特性进行了分析测试.结果表明:管壁温度相同,原油温度不同时,油壁温差增大,析蜡温度、析蜡高峰温度及析蜡潜热都升高;原油温度相同,管壁温度不同时,析蜡温度、析蜡高峰温度及析蜡潜热随油壁温差减小呈上升趋势.该研究为认识输油管道系统蜡沉积规律及防蜡清管措施的选择和应用提供了依据.
The waxy crude oil is abundant in our country,wax deposition is a serious problem in process of oil transportation.The min-pipe flow loop experimental apparatus is set up,the wax deposition in process of transporattion is simulated.Therefore,the factors affecting the wax deposition are analyzed.The velocity of wax deposition and the temperature influence on the wax deposition are discusseded.The wax precipitating amount are calculated through experiment results.The precipitate properties are characterized by DSC.The results are meaningful for recognition of the wax deposition.It is helpful for the dewaxing and selecting pipe cleaning measures.
