摘要
本文介绍了交流阻抗试验方法测定管道和大型油罐防腐涂料防腐性能的优点及测试原理。通过Hx普通环氧防腐涂料、ESG-1环氧玻璃鳞片防腐涂料及ESG-2环氧钢玻鳞片防腐涂料的交流阻抗试验,对比了同种基体树脂涂料的防腐涂层致密性的差别,并对试验结果进行分析,说明交流阻抗试验方法是快速评价涂层耐腐蚀性能的检测方法。
This paper introduces the test principles and the technical advantages of alternating current impedance test method for testing the anti-corrosion properties of pipeline coating. By means of alternating current impedance tests. It has been compared and analyzed that the compactness differences of the same basic resin coatings, i. e. Hx common epoxy coating, ESG-1 epoxy glass scale coating and ESG-2 epoxy glass fiber reinforced plastic scale coating. It demonstrates that the alternating current impedance test is a rapid detective method for quick evaluating the coating properties.
