摘要
无其它眼病和全身病的老年性白内障，患者42例（60眼），在白内障人工晶体植入术中应用0.01％卡米可林和0.2％匹罗卡品缩瞳各30眼对比观察结果表明：卡米可林较匹罗卡品缩瞳快、作用强而持久，在匹罗卡品无效或有玻璃体脱出时，卡米可林也能有效地缩小瞳孔，两种低浓度缩瞳药在眼内均无明显不良反应。
The senile cataracts of 42 cases (60 eyes ) withoutother eyes diseases and systemic disorders were per formed on ECCE with IOL implantation. In operation,we used of 0. 01 % carbocholine and 0. 2% pilo carpineto constrict pupils respectively 30 eyes. A comparisionis made between these two groups. the result show:The carbocholine constrict pupils were faster,strongerand longer than pilocarpine. we also used carbocholineeffectively when pilocarpine sometimes were used unef fect or when vitreous prolapse. The two kinds of mioticof low consistency were found no bad effect.
