摘要
妇女七情病的比例倍于男性,有统计不小于2.2倍,主要体现在经、带、胎、产和杂病诸方面。“百病生于气”,妇女七情疾病宜重视气机,从藏象病机看妇女七情,亦应首重于心,再分析心、肝、脾三脏的联系,要注意女子以肝为先天。最后对妇女的喜、怒、忧、思、悲、恐、惊七情发病病机特征分别论述,七情过极导致气的升降出入等气化异常,影响脏腑冲任,胞脉胞络,而变生妇科百病,所以在妇科疾病上应十分重视七情。
Women are more easily suffered from diseases such as menstruation, leucorrhea, fetation, labour induced by seven emotions than man, not less than 2.2 times according to some statistics. Close attention should he paid to functional activity Qi when treating for women with emotional diseases, because all diseases result from disorder of Qi. We should firstly pay more attention to heart according to visceral pathogenesis and then analyze the relationship among heart, liver and sleep. And the female＇s congenital basis is liver. Seven emotions in excess lead to the abnormal ascent or descent and out or in of the mechanism of Qi, and have bad effect on the function of viscera, Chong-ren, uterus meridian-collaterals and thus lead to gynecopathy. So we should pay close attention to seven emotions when treating for gynecopathy.
