薛家湾污水处理厂设计

摘要 为了有效地解决矿区的污水处理问题,采用先进的生物接触氧化法的方法,结合所用污水处理设备对准格尔矿区污水进行了深化处理。通过分析污水特点和当地的气候及处理污水的要求,设计了各处理单元的设计参数和所选用设备的技术参数。并且通过先进的生物接触氧化法,尤其是二氧二段法,能够适应原水水质的变化,使出水水质更趋向稳定,且该法产生的污泥量很少,直接利用普通快滤池进行深化处理,有效解决了该地区污水处理问题。该污水处理厂的设计对其他地区污水处理问题具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。 In order to solve the problem of sewage treatment effectively in the mining area, using the advanced method of biological contact oxo-process, deepened processing of the sewage of Zhunge'er mining area is carded out with the aid of the sewage treatment equipment. Through the analysis of the sewage characteristic, the local climate and the requirement of the sewage treatment, the design variables of each processing unit and the technical parameters of the selected equipments are designed. Moreover, the usage of biological contract oxo-process, especially the two oxygen two-stage process method, can make the processing unit adapt to the water quality change of the original water and cause the water quality of the water leakage tend to stabilize. The advantage of this method is that the sludge quantity is very few and the ordinary quick filter tank can be used directly to carry on the deepened processing of the sewage, thus, the problem of sewage treatment of Zhunge'er mining area is solved effectively. The design method of this sewage treatment plant also has certain reference value and guiding sense for the sewage treatment problems of other areas.
