干热处理对西葫芦种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:19

Effects of dry heat treatment on seed germination and seedling growth of summer squash

摘要 对西葫芦种子进行不同温度和时间的干热处理,结果发现:60℃、24 h处理的效果最好,能提高种子的发芽势,促进幼苗生长;其中,温度是主导因子,起决定作用;时间是次要因子,起辅助作用. The seeds of summer squash were treated with different temperature and time. The results indicated that the best treatment was 60℃, 24 h, which could increase seed germination vigor, promote seedling growth. To seed germination and seedling growth,temperature was a dominant factor that played a decisive role,and time was an secondary factor that played an assistant function.
