水杨酸对水分胁迫下甜瓜幼苗生理特性的影响 被引量:13

Effects of salicylic acid on physiological characteristics of melon seedling under water stress

摘要 研究了水杨酸(SA)浸种处理对水分胁迫下甜瓜幼苗叶片叶绿素含量(Chl)、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸含量和细胞膜透性等生理指标的影响.结果表明:SA 0~500μmol/L浓度范围内,在不同水分胁迫条件下,甜瓜幼苗叶片Chl含量显著增加,对摸拟中度干旱处理(PEG150)效果作用最佳;MDA的含量和细胞膜透性明显降低,细胞膜的稳定性显著提高,其中以500 μmol/L SA处理效果最为显著.随着SA浓度的增加Chl含量呈下降趋势,MDA的含量和细胞膜透性呈上升趋势.脯氨酸含量随SA浓度的增加而逐渐增大,SA超过500μmol/L浓度,并在模拟高度干旱(PEG300)的胁迫条件下作用更加明显. The effects of seeds soaking with salicylic acid(SA) on physiological characteristics of melon seedlings under water stress were studied. The results showed that: under different water stress, the chlorophyll(Chl)concent in leaf was significantly increased with 0~500μmol/L SA seeds soaking, especially under middle water stress PEG150. MDA content and cell membrane relative permeability decreased obviously,and the stability of cell membrane was improved obviously with each SA concentration, especially 500 μmol/L. With the increasing of SA concentration,Chl content decreased, MDA content and cell membrane relative permeability increased significantly. Content of proline increased gradually along with SA content under different water stresses, and this correlation was more obviously when SA content was higher than 500μmol/L and under simulated high drought conditions PEG300.
