陆梁油田分层注水过程中注入水对套管腐蚀因素研究 被引量:6

STUDY ON CORROSION FACTOR OF SEPARATE ZONE WATERFLOODING TO THE THIMBLE PIPE OF LULIANG OILFIELD

摘要 根据目前陆梁油田注入水的情况,分别在陆梁油田注水井井口采集了油田注入水的二种水源,即清水和油田污水,进行了一系列的试验。通过该油田两种注入水中各项指标的测定,注入水静止、流动状态下对油田套管的腐蚀情况室内评价及与之相关的一系列实验,结论证明,油田采用分层注水过程注入水对套管具有很大的腐蚀伤害。 Mainly based on the flood water situation of LuLiang oil field currently,two kind of water sources in water-injection well head of LuLiang oil field are gathered separately by us in the paper,namely the clear water and the oil field sewage,and also a series of experiments are carried out.Through each target determination of the two kind of flood water in this oil field,we have done a series of experiments in connection with indoor appraisal to the thimble pipe corrosion situation under the flood water static and mobile shape condition,the conclusion proved that the oil field using the separate zone waterflooding can make the flooding water prodigious corrosive to the thimble pipe.
