摘要
目的:采用气相色谱法测定精制狗皮膏中樟脑、薄荷脑、龙脑、水杨酸甲酯的含量。方法:气相色谱法,弹性石英毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm),聚乙二醇(PEG)-20M为固定液,FID检测器。结果:所测樟脑、薄荷脑、龙脑、水杨酸甲酯之间具有良好的分离效果,樟脑的经性范围为160~960μg/ml,平均回收率101.1%,RSD为2.74%;薄荷脑的线性范围为160~960μg/ml,平均回收率102.2%,RSD为2.42%;龙脑的线性范围为40~240μg/ml,平均回收率101.4%,RSD为2.15%;水杨酸甲酯的线性范围时80~480μg/ml,平均回收率102.0%,RSD为2.54%。结论:本方法简便、快速、结果准确,可用于精制狗皮膏的质量控制。
Objective:The purpose is to develop GC method for the assay of Camphor,Menthol,Borned and methyl salicylate in Jingzhi Goupi Gao. Method:GC was applied to quantitative analysis. Chromatographic conditions was resilience capillary of quartz with PEG-20M ;Flame ionization detector (FID). Results:Camphor,Menthol ,Bormeol and Methyl Saliylate were separated completely. The linear range of Camphor was 160~960μg/ml. The average recovery was 101.1% with RSD= 2.74 % (n : 5) ;The linear range of Menthol was 160% 960μg/ml. The average recovery was 102.2 % with RSD=2. 42 % (n = 5)%The linear range of Borneol was 40~ 240μg/ml. The average recovery was 101.4 % with RSD= 2.15 % (n=5) ;The linear range of Methyl Salilylate was 80~ 480μg/ml. The average recovery was 102.0% with RSD= 2.54 % (n=5). Conclusion :The established method is accurate and it can be applied to quality control of Jingzhi Goupi Gao.
