摘要
简述了纤维素酶及其酶解机理，验证了纤维素酶的反应条件，并确认了其和造纸过程中某些条件的一致性。同时，详细介绍了纤维素酶在造纸工业中的应用情况，包括酶法废纸脱墨，纤维的酶改性，酶促打浆及纸张性能的改进等。
The cellulase and its action mechanism are briefly discussed in this paper. The cellulase reaction conditions are studied and compared with the papermaking process. In the meantime,applications of cellulase to the paper industry are introduced in detail. It includes enzymatic deinking of waste paper,enzymatic modifications of fiber,enzymatic improvement of beating behavior and the paper properties.
