俯卧位通气在急性呼吸窘迫综合征中的临床应用及进展 被引量:49

摘要 近年来俯卧位通气作为治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的有效辅助措施之一,它通过增加功能残气量,改变膈肌的运动方式和位置,利于分泌物的引流,改善肺依赖区的通气血流灌注,减少纵膈和心脏对肺的压迫,改变胸壁的顺应性来改善氧合治疗难治性低氧血症。因目前尚缺乏足够的临床依据,如是否能降低ARDS的病死率、最佳持续时间等许多问题有待于今后进一步的研究和探讨。
