摘要
针对我国目前企业管理当中存在的问题,运用企业管理学、伦理学、行为科学和心理学等原理,以中国传统文化为背景,提出了在企业管理中要以人为本,综合管理,发掘职工内心深处善良的伦理道德观念,以助推中国特色现代企业管理理论的形成。
Aims at the existent problem in enterprise management at present in our country, tries to use the virtuous ethic moral concept in the cockles of the heart of employees in enterprise management, to help and push the formation of China feature modern enterprise management theory.
