摘要
加强企业财务管理实质就是以价值的形式对企业生产经营全过程进行综合性的管理。当前,企业出现财务管理的内容发生偏颇,管理手段滞后,风险意识淡薄、评价体系指标不健全的问题,迫切需要建立科学的财务管理运行机制、抓好资金管理和财务基础工作,化解各种风险。
The central point of strengthening the financial management of enterprises is to manage the whole process of production. At present, there are some problems in enterprises, the contents of financial management have deviations, and the management measures are behind, the thought of risk is thin, should build up scientific mechanism of financial management, do well the work of fund management and base work, avoid risks.
