Development of New Materials for Torpedo and Its Launcher

摘要 为了满足鱼雷及发射装置发展的需要,国外不断开发新材料和改进壳体表面防护技术、修复技术与发射装置技术。至今,已经研制了满足重型鱼雷燃料舱要求的新型A l-L i合金;筛选了壳体防腐涂料,采用了有效的铝表面阳极化处理和涂料综合保护方法,在鱼雷发射管内加入缓蚀片剂以加强对壳体的防腐;采用先进的壳体激光熔敷修复工艺,解决了鱼雷以往存在的问题,提高了焊接质量和成品率;应用减阻降噪涂料,起到了提高航速、增加声纳探测距离、提高命中率、降低阻力和防污的作用;采用先进的复合材料,可减轻推进器的重量并提高效率,可延长活塞头的使用寿命;采用先进的永磁材料和超导材料的电磁发射装置取代压缩空气装置,可简化其结构,减少维护工作,便于精确控制发射过程。总之,新材料技术的开发与研究将成为提高鱼雷性能的基础。 The current status and research works about the materials for torpedo and its launcher in the world are summarized, including aluminum alloy shell and its protection coating, antifriction coatings, antidrag coatings ( compliant coatings) , laser cladding, composite for propeller, as well as superconducting materials and permanent-magnet for launcher, etc. In order to meet the needs for the performances of torpedo and its launcher, new materials are continuously developed, and shell surface protection and repair techniques as well as launcher are improved. To date, new Al-Li alloy used for heavyweight torpedo's fuel tank have already been developed; anticorrosion coatings for shell have been screened out; effective anodizing and general coating protection on Al alloy surface have been adopted ; corrosion inhibitor tablet has been used in torpedo tube to enhance anticorrosion of torpedo shell ; advanced laser cladding repair process have been used to solve the problem in torpode shell repair, thus the welding quality and the product rate quality improved; the antifriction, antidrag coatings have played roles in raising speed, enhancing detection range of sonar, increasing hitting probability, reducing drag, and preventing pollution, etc. ; the advanced composite have lightened torpedo propeller, increased its efficiency, and prolonged working llfe of piston; the electro-magnetic launcher with advanced permanent-magnet and superconducting materials have been substituted for compressed air to simplify the structure, reduce maintenance, and accurately control launching process. In summary, the development and research of new materials is a basis for the improvement of torpode performances.
