摘要
目的:探讨用硅胶带外眦眶骨膜悬吊术治疗固定性内斜视的手术效果。方法:对11例16眼固定性内斜视采取内直肌断腱,外直肌缩短13mm后于肌止点腱膜上固定硅胶带,两端向颞侧穿出固定于外眦眶骨膜上,调整硅胶带松紧以调整眼位。结果:术后4眼仍残留10°～15°内斜视,其中2眼通过调整硅胶带后内斜度<5°;余眼位皆在-5°～+5°。除1例视力有增加外,其余视力无变化;最长随访3a,未见硅胶带外露及其他并发症。结论:采用硅胶带眶骨膜悬吊术治疗固定性内斜视,简单、安全、效果满意。
AIM： To study the effects of silicone band suspension in the treatment of fixed estropia.
METHODS： Sixteen eves of 11 cases suffering fixed estropia were treated with the operation including tenotomy of internal rectus muscle and resection of abducens oculi muscle 13mm, stitching the silicon band on the abducens oculi muscle aponeurosis and orbit bone, and then adjusting the eye location by the tension of the silicone band.
RESULTS： Only 4 eyes were still undercorrection of 10°-15°, and the other eyes were among -5°-＋5°. All eyes＇ postoperative visual acuities were not changed except slightly improved in 1 eye. With a maximum of 3-a follow-up, none had the silicone band exposure and other complications.
CONCLUSION： Silicone band suspension is a simple, safe, and effective method for the treatment of fixed estropia.
