摘要
探讨了螺旋藻(Spirulina,SP)对垃圾填埋渗滤液(LandfillLeachate,LFL)中污染物的净化作用。从广州市大田山垃圾填埋场收集LFL,用国家标准方法进行理化分析,在不同稀释度的LFL中接种SP后连续培养,观察藻细胞生长并比较接种前和培养7d后LFL主要污染物的质量浓度变化。结果发现SP可在LFL原液及体积分数分别为50%和25%LFL中维持生长达对照的30%~50%,藻细胞的生长使LFL中PO4-P、COD、NH3-N清除率达50%以上,对50%LFL中铅、锌、砷、铬、镍等重金属的清除率大于60%。结果提示,螺旋藻对LFL污染物有一定的生物净化作用。
Removal effects ofSpirulina platensis (SP) on landfill leachate (LFL) were explored. SP was inoculated in original, 25% and 50% diluted LFL, respectively, and then algal growth was monitored by detection of chlorophyll a. Furthermore, contents of pollutants in LFL were analyzed after 7 days cultivation for assessment removal rate of pollutants. The result showed that LFL can maintain SP at a growth level of 30% ~50% compared with that of control with Zarrouks medium. More than 50% of the pollutants of PO4-P, COD and NH3-N as well as 60% of the heavy metals of Pb, Zn, As, Cr, Cd and Ni in 50% LFL were removed after 7 days cultivation of SP in it. These results indicated that Spirulina can remove pollutants in landfill leachate efficiently and may be useful for biological treatment in prospective.
