摘要
对现有铰链式六面顶金刚石压机主机结构进行分析,在此基础上设计出HCY-22型压机。应用情况表明,大吨位六面顶金刚石压机铰链梁和工作缸采用兜底结构,将工作缸设计成活底式,尽量减薄工作缸筒体的壁厚,缩短工作缸和铰链梁的长度,合理设计铰链梁耳片形状,活塞上安装青铜耐磨带,铰链梁之间采用弹性无间隙销轴联接,可以提高设备的对中性、同步性和保压性能,主要零部件强度高、可靠性好,设备运行可靠,装拆方便。
Based on the analysis of the Synthetic Diamond Hydraulic Press, was structure of the main body of existing presses, an improved press, HCY - 22 designed with "wrapping bottom" structure, which is more effective in applications. By adopting "unfixed bottom" structure in the cylinders, thinneing the chamber wall, shortening the length of the cylinder and hinged beam, designing reasonable shape for the earl-shaped parts of the hinged beam, fixing wear resistant bronze strip on the pistol, and using gapless elastic to shape for the pins joint the hinged beams. The properties such centring, sychronism and pressure keeping have been greatly improved. The equipment features reliable running, easy disassembly and main parts with high-strength and good-reliability.
