摘要
作为先进制造技术,高速切削技术能大幅度地提高加工品质和加工效率,并能降低加工成本。高速切削技术是机械制造业发展的必然趋势。而高速切削刀具技术则是实现高速切削的关键技术之一,笔者主要从刀具材料、刀具结构和刀具动平衡方面来阐述和分析该技术。
As one of the advanced manufacturing technologies, high speed cutting technology can improve the machining quality and efficiency enormously, and can reduce machining cost. The technology of high speed cutting is expected to be the inevitable trend of manufacturing industries. In this paper, the high speed cutting tools technology, one of the key technologies of HSC, is stated and analyzed in terms of cutting tools materials, structure and dynamic balance.
