摘要
研究高校人才及人才群体的动态测评与结构优化方法,提出了一套人才测评的指标体系,并采用Visualstu- tio．NET为主要开发工具使之实现,结果表明,这是一套行之有效的测评系统．
The method of dynamic talent evaluation and structural optimization in colleges and universities is studied, and the index system of talent evaluation is proposed. It is realized by taking VisualStudtio, NET as developing tools. The result shows that this is a well-established evaluation system.
