摘要
城市规划师的继续教育是城市建设发展的需要,是规划观念、技术更新的需要,是适应规划市场竞争的需要,是提高规划师个人能力的需要。今后,我国的城市规划师的继续教育培训应注重从“知识”型向“能力”型转变,从“概念”型向“技术”型转变,区别不同院校专业教育的差异,提高培训的针对性,加强案例分析和研究,实现人员互动,加强信息交流。
Further education for urban planners is required by urban construction and development, by renewal of planning idea and technique,by competition in the planning market and by the improvement of the personal competence of the planners themselves.In the future,focus must be shifted from ＂knowledge-oriented＂ to ＂competence-oriented＂ and from ＂concept-oriented＂ to ＂technique-oriented＂ in further education and training for planners in China. Emphasis must be made on the difference in professional education for different colleges and universities so as to improve the pertinency in training, strengthen case study and research,realize personal interaction and enhance information exchanae.
