摘要
用乳化重油和纯重油为原料进行催化裂化反应,在相同操作条件下,分别研究了它们对裂化产品分布、生焦量、产品质量、裂化催化剂性能等主要指标的影响。结果表明,乳化油比纯重油液体产率提高2.91%、液化气增加1.33%、生焦量下降2.32%、干气量稍低;乳化油汽油辛烷值为93.4,而纯重油汽油辛烷值93.0;两者对裂化催化剂性能的影响相当。
The paper studied catalytic cracking reaction with emulsified heavy oil and pure heavy oil as stuffs. Under the same operational conditions, the effects were investigated on distributing of cracking products, coke yields, the quality of products and the properties of cracking catalysts etc. for two oils, respectively. As a result, the yield of liquor for emulsified oil increased 2.91% to pure heavy oil, liquefied petroleum gas increased 1.33%, coke yield decreased 2.32%, dry gas decreased a little. RON of the former gasoline was 93.4, and 93.0 for the latter gasoline. Furthermore, the influences for cracking catalyst were similar to emulsified heavy oil and pure residue.
