摘要
采用问卷法,对400名旅游类大学生的生涯规划知识掌握情况进行了研究。结果显示,44.1%的学生对生涯规划知识的重要性认识不足;37.4%的学生对生涯规划知识的兴趣不高;大多数学生缺乏对生涯规划方面的系统知识;不同年级的学生对学校生涯教育与辅导工作的需求存在一定的差异;23.7%的学生接受过校方(包括中学)提供的生涯规划辅导;旅游类院校的生涯教育与辅导工作亟待加强与完善。
By means of a questionnaire on 400 tourism students ,a survey on the knowledge of career planning indicates that 44. 1 %don＇t lay enphasis on their career planning, 37. 4% have little interest in the corresponding knowledge and students in different grades have different demand for the knowledge of career planning,only 23. 7% studeats are once lectured by schools. Thus the education of career planning for the tourism students should be strengthened. Key words ：
