摘要
                
                    生活节奏的加快、社会竞争的日益激烈等等在不同程度上对学生的身心造成了一定的影响。我们试图通过某种方法来缓解这些影响,瑜伽给我们提供了一个很好的空间,瑜伽能够使学生的身心状态得到很好的调整与修养。
                
                The quick rhythm of life and acute competition of society have exerted, influence on thestudent's body and mind to some extent, We try to use some measures to alleviate these in{luences.
