基于AHP考虑用户支付意愿的输电阻塞管理综合方法 被引量:2

摘要 电力市场环境下,输电阻塞的发生概率加大.当间接阻塞管理不能奏效的情况下,只能由直接阻塞管理来消除.在灵敏度法直接阻塞管理的基础上,把用户支付意愿及在IL辅助市场中的中标信息,作为用户用电效能的指标来考虑,提出一种综合直接阻塞管理方法.并采用层次分析法(AHP)的改进算法广义最小偏差排序方法(GLDM)快速确定节点的负荷削减量.使缓解或消除阻塞后,总的社会福利损失尽可能小.经算例验证,方法有效、可行. In power market, the probability of transmission congestion is increased. When indirect congestion management doesn't work well, direct congestion management should be used. In this paper, a composite congestion management method is presented based on sensitivity-analysis direct congestion management. Consumer' s willingness-to-pay and hitting bid in ILM (Interruptible Load Management) ancillary market are considered as criteria of power supply efficiency. The generalized least deviation sequencing method is used to decide the amount of load shedding. Optimal economic benefit can be achieved by using this method. At last, validity of the method is proved by an example given in this paper.
