摘要
加强农村人力资源开发是推进农村城镇化战略和县域经济发展的基础工程,在新的历史时期,电大教育应按照“发展开放教育、强化职业教育、拓展技能培训”的思路,深入农村社区普及高等教育,为农村社会和谐发展作出新的贡献。
The development of human resource is an essential work in developing the rural township style and economy. In the new period, Open University should lay emphasis on making compulsory education universal, developing vocational and higher education in the rural areas.
