摘要
生产线动态过程显著地表现出连续和离散并存的混杂特征,建立合适的生产线混杂系统模型和分析方法无论从生产安排还是从机床负荷考虑都具有重要意义。提出了生产线的混杂建模及其在MATLAB下的Simulink和Stateflow混合仿真平台构建仿真模型的方法,在此基础上,给出了生产线混杂系统的稳定性分析原理,仿真实例表明研究方法的可行性和有效性。
Considering the hybrid nature of production line's dynamic process where continuity and discreteness coexist, it is significant to establish modeling and analytic methods appropriate to production line hybrid system either in terms of production arrangement or machine tool's load. On the MATLAB's Simulink and Stateflow mixed simulation platform, hybrid analytic and simulation modeling approaches of production line were proposed. On the basis, the principle of the stability analysis of production line hybrid system was illustrated. The simulation of an actual case indicates that the methods are feasible and effective.
