摘要
结合聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)生产工艺的特点,探讨了反应温度、反应压力、反应时间、催化剂浓度、物料配比和搅拌速率等生产工艺参数对酯化反应和缩聚反应的影响,找出了影响产品质量的主要因素。通过对生产操作的优化和对比,总结出合理的工艺参数,提高了PET的产品质量,产品合格率达到99%。
This paper explored the effects of process parameters, such as temperature, pressure, time, catalyst concentration, raw material proportioning and stirring rate, on the esterification zone and polycondensation zone. The main factors influencing product quality were determined. The rational process parameters were summarized through the optimization and comparison of the production processes, and were utilized in supervising production and raising quality of pdyethylene glycd terephthalate (PET) product. The up-to-standard rate of the PET product reached 99%.
